  Great leisure facilities, good breakfast, nice clean rooms, loads of nice decor everywhere. Helpful staff. Nicely stocked whisky bar, albeit a bit pricey

  The jacuzzi, steam room and sauna made this place an excellent choice for a present season break. 15 minute walk from town and lots of taxis. Restaurant on site not the best though as we heard a few patrons complaining about the size of the steaks!

  Nice hotel and location, however i booked a superior double room and the room i was given was in no way superior. I could barely fit my bag. The staff were happy and attentive so i decided to not complain about the size of our room and instead enjoy the small town and scenery. The restaurant was lovley food was very nice. Pool area lovely also. Only complaint was the size of the room. All in all it was a nice overnight.

  Just arrived and despite requesting as few stairs as possible(any other hotel provides a ground floor room where available) not only have they provided a room up two flights of stairs, there is no lift, they have given us rooms at the furthest end of the hotel. I booked the hotel specifically for the pool and jacuzzi so as to relax after a five hour drive yet now find myself sat in a room, with blocked guttering and the constant dripping of water on the window ledge whilst the rest of my family go for a swim. Explaining I have cancer and adrenal disease meaning I suffer severe muscle weakness, fatigue and can not walk the distant without being in pain made no difference as the hotel is fully booked. Room small, exterior of hotel dilapidated with peeling paint, no positives thus far. After a lovely first night stay in Arrochar, this has ruined what should have been an enjoyable, relaxing evening with my daughters.
